Responsibilities:
Depending on your chosen field, tasks and responsibilities may include:
Assist with clerical day-to-day tasks including maintaining CRM system, preparing applications and enrolments, preparing quotes, cross checking forms, etc.
Liaise with education providers to get marketing materials, price lists or course information, etc.
Provide support to students when they arrive from overseas
Assist with marketing and social media tasks (research, content creation, etc.)
Support in writing and translating documents, forms, marketing material (German – English)
Utilize software such as Later, Google Sheets, Adobe pdf Reader, Word and Excel to perform necessary tasks
Utilize Excel skills including formatting and basic formulas
Reporting and bookkeeping tasks (if you apply for the finance intern role)
Communicate with stakeholders effectively in German and English, both written and spoken
Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks and responsibilities.
Apply if you have:
At least 1 year work experience in an administrative job
Completed min. a German apprenticeship in an administrative occupation or min. 2 years of business, finance or marketing related studies
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
Good at working independently and autonomously
Assertive
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in Google Suite including Google Sheets, Excel (with a minimum knowledge in formatting & basic formulas), Adobe PDF Reader, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Good English and German skills, both written and verbal
Sociable personality, empathy and appreciate cultural differences
Experience dealing with stakeholders from different cultures
Knowledge about Australia (travel, culture, employability, getting started as a foreigner in a new country)
Experience in recruitment, customer service or sales are a plus

Visa requirement:
You must hold an Australian visa with work rights such as
Student Visa (minimum 1-year visa)
Working Holiday Visa (min 6 months left)
Permanent Resident
Australian Citizen,
or other visas that allow you to work in Australia for min. 6 months
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on the qualifications and professional experience of the applicants. However, please note that this is an internship / trainee position. Please mention your salary expectation in your cover letter. Compensation will be discussed during or after the job interview.
